Behaviour of "Previous" button - last viewed vs. previous slide
I only realized now (after completing 20+ courses) that the Previous button by default brings the user back to the slide they viewed last. In my testing, I was viewing each slide in sequence, so the Previous button was appearing to work as I had intended...
So for each slide, I manually edited the trigger for the Previous button so that the user would be brought to the previous slide rather than the last viewed slide. However, when testing the updated courses, the trigger isn't working... The user is still brought to the last viewed slide rather than the previous slide when clicking the Previous button.
What am I missing here?
The last viewed slide is the previous slide, if you want it to go back you need to specify the exact slide for it to go to
Ah, I see. I find that logic somewhat confusing, but now I see where my mistake was - at least I have a solution. Thanks, Phil!
This is not user friendly. Possibly a bug? Intuitively, previous button should bring user to the previous slide in the order, NOT the previously viewed slide.
Possibly this can be fixed?

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your suggestions! We have a feature request logged to allow users to set the logic for the Previous slide trigger.
I will update this discussion if I have any news to share or if this request makes it to our feature roadmap.
