Black background on Feedback Layer

Hello, I always customise the feedback layers always selecting 'no colour' for the background on the Feedback Master, as I want the task visible along with feedback. Whenever I select 'apply layout' and change the layout as needed, a black background shows up. I need to then go to the Feedback Master and without selecting 'no colour', I click on 'apply to all' and close. Back on my feedback layer, the black background disappears. I have attached an example. Any ideas on what is causing this?

    You may be experiencing a recent change in Storyline.  The Default Feedback master for new projects has recently been changed to the "Accessible" layout, which functions like a dialogue layer.

    The second feedback layout in your list is the Modern feedback layer which is the one you are probably used to working with.

        It looks like part of your e-mail signature came through when you replied via e-mail. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response.
