Black screen flash opening a lightbox since last upgrade and background colour off

Hi there, I am wondering if anyone is noticing a black screen flash when you open a lightbox since the last upgrade, or is there something I have done to cause the flash that I am not aware of? ...

    Hello Everyone!

    I wanted to share some great news! We are no longer seeing the bug that caused the Lightbox slides to show a white space and flicker when loading.

    Please make sure that you are using the current version of Storyline 360 (Build 3.77.30568.0). This guide walks you through installing, updating, and opening Articulate 360 apps.

    Please let us know if you're still encountering the issue and we'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you in a support case.

Hi,

any update?  I am using the classic player too.  I found that without a player - the flash is white but still there pre the lightbox being populated. 

So it looks like the process of the lightbox load is that the lightbox frame is opened visually - then populated.  Maybe the assembly of the slide, scaled for the box, could be done - then call the frame.  Anyway. Lightboxes are very handy and the flash frame is distracting
