Blurry Images in Preview and Published

This is getting embarrassing for me. I keep getting complaints about poor quality and poor readability for all the courses I produce, and I'm the only producer of e-learning content for a company supporting close to 45.000 yearly users... I push out 2-5 courses / month, and everything I produce looks very poor because of this issue. I'm starting to loose foothold in delivering e-learning content, as other external providers using captivate are producing crisp courses. This is seriously a big issue, and I'm quite frankly sick of hearing that it will be fixed in an upcoming update, but with no dates.... This should really be number priority. Release a fix for the blurry issues in IE and Chrome, and then handle the other planned bug-fixes in another update not too far from now. So many people have issues with this, and it sucks getting paid to do a job, when I have to deliver this quality...
