Branching in Rise
I am creating a course where all learners need to view majority of the content. However, there is some state specific content. When the learner gets to something that is state specific, I’d like them to choose their state. Once they review the state specific materials, they click on another button where they can choose another state or go back to the main part of the course. How can I do this type of branching?
I think my best option is using a button stack. Each button would link to a specific state. (Luckily there are only 12 states in this course.) I’d make each state a separate hidden lesson. I can’t find any instructions on how to do this. (Did I dream this up?) I guess theoretically, I could use a scenario template, but I don’t want characters or backgrounds. Is creating and importing Storyline my only option? Thoughts? Ideas? Thanks!

I see this is an old thread but were you able to do this using the button stacks? I have a similar project where most of the content is the same for all employees however certain states need additional information so I'm trying to come up with a way to branch that info using Rise. I would use Storyline however it doesn't work the best when we utilize cloud storage.

I think I found what I was looking for https://community.articulate.com/articles/create-branched-scenarios-in-rise-with-two-awesome-new-features.
Has anyone else done this? Are there any best practices or suggestions?
