Brief flash between slide layers
Hi all! I'm so sorry for the delay. We have just released Storyline 360 Update 95 which includes the fix for the bug where a flash would appear between slide layers. I've tested LaurenHamilton's file and I am not seeing the flash anymore after updating.
To take advantage of this fix, please update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app!

We just released Storyline 360 (Build 3.94.33511.0), which includes a fix for a bug that was reported in this thread: slides could flicker when navigating between layers.
To take advantage of this fix and others, all you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app!
I installed the new version and I am still seeing the same bug with the flashing layers. So this did not resolve the issue.
Hello JenniferJack! Is it possible that you could share your .story file with us? I just tested this on my end and found the flicker no longer appears when viewing the course in Update 94.
You can either share the .story file in this discussion or privately in a support case.
I will send it in a support case because of confidentiality.
It's still happening to me as well.
This is still happening to me as well. I've attached an example .story file I just quickly made in the newest version of Storyline. I tried a few scenarios and it appears that the problem exists in preview when advancing automatically to slide layers that contain an object/text in the same place. This is shown in "Test 1" in the attached file.

Wondering if Articulate support has advised you on any workarounds or fixes for this yet? I've seen mixed reviews about using a previous version of Storyline as a solution.
Nothing for me --- I think I may have to start my own support case. Not sure if my replies here are being taken into account or not :/

I'm just wondering if there's been any more updates on this? It appears from the number of comments that build 3.94 has not fixed the issue. It's occuring for me too on the latest build, and it's really impacting the flow and smoothness of a course. Thank you!
