Brief flash between slide layers

Hi all! I'm so sorry for the delay. We have just released Storyline 360 Update 95 which includes the fix for the bug where a flash would appear between slide layers. I've tested LaurenHamilton's file and I am not seeing the flash anymore after updating.
To take advantage of this fix, please update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app!
Even with the most recent version of Storyline, I am still experiencing the flickering/flashing issue between layers as well. This makes the training appear clunky. I'd like to see a fix for this soon.
