Bullet formatting - extra line spacing if you indent

So I have a text block. I create a bullet list and indent one line. I get this. I don't want the extra line spacing after the second line. Does this happen to everyone? I see this in both E...

Hi Carl,

Rise adds extra space below the indented line, and there isn't a way to work around that. 

And for the text appearing fuzzy in Review 360, how does it compare to what you see when you view the Share link or the exported content?
