Button showing two states at once

Hello,

I'm having an issue where a button is showing two states at one. It is odd, and I have never seen this before. The button has the 5 pre-programmed states, and a custom state called Complete. The initial state is set to disabled. When I preview the slide, or publish to Review 360, the initial state looks like a combination of the Disabled state and the Normal state. The normal state has a star icon in front of the text, and the Disabled state does not.

    Generally speaking, Disabled is just a dim version of Normal. My guess is that you have added text to Disabled without covering the Normal text and star, and the registration is a bit off.

    But like Cary says, without seeing the file, this is just a wild (and probably not very useful) guess.

    Hi Carrie Ann, 
    Without seeing the Storyline file, it is hard to diagnose the issue. I would check your triggers and trigger order to see if something there is causing the problem.
