buttons not coming under focus order for I pad

We have 6 button click and reveal. During accessibility testing we are able to open popups for 3 buttons only, and not for rest. 

Focus goes there but could not open popup.

Slide works well on windows. This issue replicate on IPad only.

Please let me know what could be the problem
