Can you import screenshot-based documents when using the "Create with AI" course option?
I have a document which includes explanatory screenshot which have to be included with the content. Can anyone let me know if it is possible ?

Hi,
Is there a plan to enhance the AI functionality to include the screenshots in the AI-created Rise course, or upload them into your resources, so you can easily select them?

Hi SabeenSuharw163,
You may be interested in a newer feature currently available in Public Beta called Source Content Image Extraction.
With this feature, AI Assistant can automatically extract images from uploaded PDFs, Word documents, and PowerPoint files and make them available inside your Rise 360 course so you can easily reuse them while authoring.
At the moment, the images aren’t automatically placed into AI-generated lessons, but the feature does help streamline the process of working with screenshot-heavy source materials.
You can find more details here:
Once you’ve had a chance to try it out, we’d also love to hear about your experience and any additional feedback or ideas you may have as the feature continues to evolve.
Great question, HarshithaA!
Right now, Create with AI in Rise 360 can read text from documents like Word files, PDFs, or PowerPoint presentations to generate a course outline and lesson content. It doesn’t pull text from screenshots.
So if the explanations are only in screenshots, the AI won’t be able to use them directly.
A good workaround is to place the written explanations into a document and upload that to Create with AI. Once the outline and lessons are generated, you can add your screenshots to the relevant lessons.
