Cannot reach Articulate360 portal
Hello,
When I clic on Articulate 360 icon on my desktop, the attached screen appear and when I click on "Connection" nothing appened and so I cannot lunch any Articulate 360 application or even register with my ID.
Any suggestion?

Thanks for letting us know what's going on, and I'm sorry for the trouble. I'd be happy to help get you back up and running and recommend these steps:
- Close the Articulate 360 desktop app (click on the red X and then head over to the system tray. There, right-click on the Articulate logo and select Quit). Here's a quick video
- Please restart the machine and then try signing in again.

Thanks for your reply. I just tried but does not work. I also had a look on article but all tips mentioned seems good.
When clicking on "Connexion" I am not redirected to the Articulate 360 register webpage. Was working 1 month ago, I cannot understand.
