Storyline 360 Playing on a SharePoint Portal Site

Hi, 

I have spent the better part of today going through all the past E-Learning Heroes threads with the hopes of finding an answer, but alas, all the discussions are from years ago, and do not provide me with the information I am seeking. 

I have created a Storyline 360 course which has a fair amount of interactivity.

Instead of posting to the LMS, the client wants to upload the course to their Intranet Portal and allow user to view the course (including all the interactivity) directly from the Portal site--they do not care if the activity is tracked, which is why they do not want to post to their LMS. 

They do not want to post a link. They want to know if a file can be posted that allows the user to open the course (without downloading). Can this happen?

If so, then what are the steps to allow for this?
