REQUEST: Articulate Ideas Portal
I have noticed that many users agree on the need for new features or improvements in the Articulate suite, what I have noticed is that most of us are addressed through the discussion forum. Requests we send via our account rarely get a follow-up or the typical "we're not working on it" / "we'll plan it" response.
This is not effective feedback, much less an attempt to listen to user needs.
Therefore, I suggest to implement an ideas site for users, where we can express needs and vote!

I would like to add my 'vote' to this suggestion!
I agree - lots of users seem to be agree on feature requests/needs, but no way for us to tell how they are prioritised when we only get standard responses like "please use our feature request form" or "we're working on it" - without any timelines for completion or implementation.
I recently passed similar feedback to the CEO in response to the recent price rise email, and even then simply received a standard response explaining the feature request form - very frustrating :(
