Can't download Video from Review for LMS issue

We regularly use Review to create simple SCORM 1.2 packages on videos - so we upload the video to Review and then export it as SCORM 1.2.

For some reason today, when I do the "Export to LMS" to export it to SCORM 1.2 today, the message pops up to say "Please wait, your package will download shortly." but it never downloads, even if we leave it for several minutes.  I have tried in Chrome, Firefox and Edge and am having the same problem.  This is not typical behaviour (we do this weekly), so I am assuming this is a bug - does any know a way around this or when it will be fixed?

  • Hello, thanks for letting us know about the problem. We've identified and deployed a fix for this. The Export to LMS function for videos uploaded to Review 360 should be working now. Terribly sorry for the inconvenience!

  • I am having the same issue. Rebooted my computer and tried several browsers as well. Have you submitted a support ticket yet?

  • Hello, the deployed fix does not seem to be working. I am still encountering the same issue.

    Thank you.

  • Thanks for letting me know. Can you tell me what browser you are using and share some more details? I just tested and it seems to working normally for me.

      Hi Travis!

Thank you for sharing the screen recordings! Sorry to hear you've hit this snag!

Testing the behavior on my end (in Chrome), exporting a Peek video to LMS (SCORM 1.2) from Review 360 worked without issues.

To clarify, does the failure to download occur across multiple zip packages or is it specific to one? If it's just one, would you be comfortable sharing a copy so we can take a closer look? Feel free to upload it here in the discussion or share it privately through a support case.

We'll delete it from our system as soon as we finish troubleshooting!

  • Hi Steven!

Thank you for getting back to me.  I just tried it on my personal laptop and it worked fine.  It appears to be an issue with our company firewall software preventing the download.

    I appreciate your help.
