Canvas LMS not supporting SCORM anymore!??

Hello community! We are looking for assistance with a recent discovery that our LMS system will no longer support SCORM. We are currently publishing our Storyline lessons as SCORM 2004. Has anyone else heard of Canvas no longer supporting SCORM? If so, what plans have you made to adjust your storyline files or what direction are now approaching development? Is this more of a simple answer and changing our publish settings from SCORM 2004 to xAPI? Looking for support from the community! Thank you!
