Change Quiz Question ID for LMS Reporting?

Hello,

I am looking for information as to whether we can change the ID of quiz questions that are published to LMS from Storyline.

Currently we are publishing to Adobe Learning Management (ALM) and this is how it looks in the reporting spreadsheet:

Is there any way to modify the title of the question from "Scene9_Slide3_MultiChoice_0_0 to a name that makes more sense and can identify the question?
