Well, I popped in to check on your case and looks like the findings have been shared with our QA Team to investigate.

Hi Leslie,
Did QA find a workaround for the Hindi character issue Wendy reported in this thread?
Hi Steve,
Unfortunately I don't have any updates on this issue, it's still with our QA team for additional investigation. The one workaround identified was to set the browser window to go full screen as you'll see in this short screen capture.

Hi Dharmesh
Could you share your solution please? I have the same problem. Thanks in advance!

Hi nech,
Please use Arial Unicode MS regular font for Hindi text. And also please do not bold the text otherwise it will not look good.
Thanks Dharmesh for sharing a solution here - and if you'd be able to share the steps you've gone through or an example file here in the community that would help others who come across this discussion.
Thanks for being a part of the E-Learning Heroes community!
Hi Nech,
I'm not sure if Dharmesh is still subscribed here, as the post is a bit older - but you could always use the "contact me" button on a ELH users' profile to reach out to them directly! Best of luck with your project!

I tried this.. However, the problem is not fully solved.
Hello Sachin, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes. 😊
Thank you for reaching out and sharing that you're experiencing a similar issue.
This conversation is a bit dated, so I'd like to understand:
- What version of Storyline are you currently using?
- Are you using Arial Unicode MS font?
I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening with your permission. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
