Clicking on Links starts a Download

Since last week, I have the issue that clicking on a course link in Rise in order to edit starts a download instead of actually opening the link. Sometimes, the same even happens when I try to access rise.articulate.com.

I tried deleting cookies and chache, tried it in a different browser and in incognito mode - none of which solved my problem.

I only have this issue on Rise, opening links works on other websites.

Has anybody experienced this before and / or knows how to solve this?
