Clock - fast forward

I'm looking forward to what the talented members of our community will suggest for you, but in the meantime, I found a discussion that might be helpful: here. 

I am also attaching a sample file I created using variables on a layer. The video gets added to the base layer, and the digital timer is on the clock layer.

The timeline for the layer lasts half a second, and it moves two seconds at a time (four minutes will equal 60 seconds). 

The logic is when the timeline ends:

• A value of 2 is added to the seconds2 variable (until it's greater than 8, then it resets).
• A value of 1 is added to the seconds variable (when seconds2 is greater than 8, until seconds is greater than 5, then it resets)
• A value of 1 is added to the minutes variable (when seconds2 is greater than 8, seconds is greater than 5, until minutes reaches 4)
• The timeline jumps back to the beginning once it ends. 
• The timeline pauses when the variables are 4, 0, 0.

Maria, I now have access to your clock and it is brilliant.  Just exactly what I was looking for.  I will be saving it as a template for possible use in the future as it is not something I could have worked out on my own.  Thank you.
