Closed Caption Button Preview vs. Published icon

I've built a course with mulitple slides, each havging an embeded MP4 video playing on it. And I've added the SRT Caption file to each video/slide. I've also enabled the Captions icon in the player setup, but when previewing, the CC icon button looks correct (box with "CC" letters in it) but when I've published the course, the caption button doesn't have the "CC" text in it, only the box. Any ideas, or anyone else have this issue

    Hello Miles, 

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. 

    I tried to test the behavior on my end but the Closer Caption button displayed properly for me regardless of which theme I use. 

    As a troubleshooting step, try resetting your Player settings here to see if this helps.

     

    If the issue persists, you can do a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to correct any possible installation related issues that might be the cause of the behavior.
