Closed Captions on Rise Real Content Courses?

I've been using (and loving!) the Rise Real Content courses a lot over the past several months. Today I tried to turn on Closed captions for a video, and although the CC button is there, it can't be turned on. Did I just happen to run across one that doesn't have closed captions or is that true for all of them? Accessibility is definitely the Rise Real Content's biggest weakness.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Rise 360 Real Content videos are pre-built, so if you don't see Closed Captions for the videos, chances are they didn't come with any. You can check if closed captions are available by editing the video block. 

    If you don't see an uploaded captions file, feel free to generate your own to add captions to your video.
