cmi.score.raw edit with Rise360

Hello,

I am trying to figure out the right way to remove the cmi.score.raw variable from a rise360 LMS file. 

For context all files are published as SCORM 2004, 4th Edition files and uploaded to a Zensai Learn365 LMS. The issue is that for a Rise Scorm it will still be trying to record a "SCORE" value against the course. Our LMS has it's own quiz feature as well as occasional Storyline360 files for scenario testing. 

As the LMS tries to record the score value for a rise course it messes up the learners score value against quizzes, always marking rise as 0% scored. According to the Articualte Support chat (AI) it has given me the direction to open the Scormdriver file and remove the file. I have followed the steps still getting a recorded score. I am unsure if I have deleted the cmi.score.raw fully or completely and wondering if anyone had additional advice on this.
