Collaboration: New Owner
Hello
As the administrator I have assigned a new user to a course. I want her to be owner and followed instructions from this article.
However, I can only assign the editor or manager role, there's no owner role listed in the dropdown.
What should I do instead?
It does not work on that page.
Open the Course and choose Share / Collaborators
Then hover over the name of the owner.
The current course owner can transfer Course Ownership to someone else that is already a collaborator on that course.
That's what I expected, too, but it is not the case, see the new screenshot attached.
If you hover over the name of the current owner, the Transfer option will appear.
Uh, magic... that doesn't happen here ;-)
Just for clarification: I am in the course's share menu, see screenshot hereby.
