Combining scenes in Storyline

Thanks for sharing details about your experience importing existing Storyline 360 project files. 

You'll want to ensure you're working locally when making your Storyline 360 project file edits. This includes importing any type of content into the course. Some other factors to consider would be if you have the correct fonts installed and importing content into a Storyline 360 project file that uses the same slide size. If both project files are nearly identical in their settings, please feel free to share a copy of your files here or in private by opening a support case so we can test the behavior to understand what's causing the formatting issues. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
