Community consultation for improvements to Articulate 360 products

Hello Articulate Team,

Do you have some sort of customer consultation process for your products (other than feature requests which never seem to be implemented)?

It seems to me that there are a number of relatively simple changes that could be made to Rise 360 that would improve it significantly for both content creators and learners. I'd be keen to be part of any such discussions...and to see a roadmap (with a timeline, otherwise it's not helpful) of work scheduled for each 360 product.

Like many others, I love Rise for its ease of use but would love to see more features, especially around design, accessibility and interactivity. It would be great to see more of the functionality of Storyline incorporated directly into Rise, rather than needing to insert a Storyline block.
