Content question text showing question ID instead

I have a quiz set up in LMS but in the reports I'm getting a question ID rather than actual question - it's published to SCORM 1.2, I already checked with the LMS team and they advised to check on the content side, can you please advise? Thanks in advanced.

    Thanks for reaching out for an update. 

    I was able to take a look at Ania's case, and her issue seems specific to her LMS reporting tab.

    What format are you publishing your LMS project for? To send question text to your LMS, be sure to publish for SCORM 2004, Tin Can API (xAPI), or cmi5.
