Cornerstone (CSOD) report Storyline text responses
Hello Natalie!
Thank you for sharing your project! I've tested your course in SCORM cloud and I'm seeing the responses in the report. I looked up recommendations from Cornerstone and this article suggests using SCORM 2004 3rd Edition. Your course is published for SCORM 2004 2nd Edition.
Here's where you can make this change: Link
I'd recommend making this change and testing your course in Cornerstone.

Hello Lauren,
Thank you for your suggestion and just wanted to let you know this has worked.
Really appreciate you taking the time to find an answer to my issue.

Hi Lauren,
May I ask what reporting template you used to extract the response report. We are currently using the SCORM 2004 Course Progress Chart (Assessment Summary). Thank you!

Hi JeaninaMaeVarga,
Happy to jump in here.
It sounds like Lauren tested Natalie's .story file in SCORM Cloud, which we use as a benchmark for troubleshooting LMS issues. Since learner responses were shown as expected, she inferred that there may be a compatibility issue between the published output and the LMS itself. As Lauren mentioned, Cornerstone LMS suggests publishing to SCORM 2004 3rd edition.
If you're also having trouble viewing learner reports in Cornerstone, testing the LMS package with SCORM Cloud is a helpful first step. Also, if you're comfortable sharing your .story file, we're happy to handle the testing for you.
Feel free to upload your project file here in the discussion or privately through a support case.

Hi Steven,
Thank you for your response. I was trying to extract survey results (Likert scale) from a Storyline 360 module, and it looks like the reporting is handled through a custom report in CSOD.
I’ve attached the sample module I’m currently working on. Since we don’t have access to Storm Cloud, I’m testing the SCORM file through the CSOD pilot (testing environment).
