Course Complete Trigger Not Working - Modern Player

Hi community! I have a course built in the modern player. It has branching slides - basically the first slide asks which track they want to complete, then on the last slide of each branch, there's a complete course trigger. I have three triggers on those slides in this order:

1. Complete course as Completed/Passed when timeline starts on this slide.

2. Jump to previous slide when the user clicks BACK (arrow)

3. Exit course when user clicks the Button

Everything should work. It is not marking as complete in my LMS. (I use TinCan for LMS) Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

    Have you tested your project in SCORM Cloud to verify if the same behavior occurs there? If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, open a support case with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue. You may also upload a stripped-down and shorter version of your project here so that someone can take a look.

      Thanks for the feedback. I've never loaded anything to SCORM Cloud...if I load it up there, will others be able to see it? I think I'm going to go with the idea of loading a sample version here so others can take a look.

    If uploaded to SCORM Cloud only you can see your published course unless you send an invitation to your team which is a URL that you can use yourself or share with others. For an extra layer of security, you could also choose the Private Invitation option.

    Anyway, I tested a sample of your course on SCORM Cloud. Here are the results.



    I would also advise that you give your course a unique name in the Activity ID field. See if that makes a difference in your LMS.
