Courses showing 100% but also "Not Complete" in LMS

Hi! I have an course (an assessment) that is not registering as complete in our Absob LMS. It says Pass/Fail at the end and 100%, but also not complete (see screenshot).  I have tried every publish option and trigger for completion option/combination. 

Our Absorb rep can't figure it out either. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks!
