Sorry to hear you are having trouble after updating Windows.
I have a few additional questions in order to better assist you:
- Are you using Storyline 3 or Storyline 360?
- If you are using Storyline 360, are you signed into https://360.articulate.com/?
- On your desktop app, are you able to see any updates available to the Articulate 360 application?

If you are still not having luck, I'd recommend reinstalling the Articulate 360 Desktop App. This link includes step-by-step instructions.
