Cue points do not display on 'Replay'

Hello, 

I'm aware that there are a few known bugs related to using cue points in Storyline. Previously, I submitted a discussion post and received a workaround for using the seek bar and cue points. I implemented the same workaround in my current interactive video course. However, I've noticed that if the learner chooses to replay the slide from the player, the cue points do not show up again. It's crucial for me that this option works because the entire purpose of my course is to allow learners to revisit the material when they need to, without having any navigation controls.

      Please confirm that you're working from your local hard drive, as working from a network drive can lead to erratic behavior. I looked at Marlena's case, and it appears that moving the cue point in the timeline and then moving it back to 0 seconds fixed the issue. If you're willing to share your file with our team, we'll get a clearer idea of what's happening. You can upload it here or privately in a support case, and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
