Default to Closed Captions ON
Is there a way to have the closed captioning on by default?

You can insert videos from your computer by going to Insert > Video > Video from file. See below:

Great tip on how to use the Master Slide to have Closed Captioning on by default. BUT is there any way to toggle back and forth so that the user can turn the automatic showing of closed captions off - then toggle them back on when needed?

Thanks for the feedback on the type of functionality you'd like to see in Storyline!
Learner-controlled toggling of automatic closed captions isn't supported in Storyline yet. However, it sounds like an interesting idea I can share with our team! If we make any enhancements to the closed caption feature, we'll be sure to provide updates!
