I'm using a Mac as well and I haven't encountered any issues so far when working in Rise 360. Can I ask if you've tried resetting your computer? And is your Macbook up-to-date with the latest available software? You'll also want to test the behavior on different browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.
