Don't loading the page

Hi, I'm trying to log into my Rise 360 ​​account, but the page won't load. I would like to know what it could be, because if there is no limit (yes, I have a lot of resources created :) ), would it be a loading error?

    I am sorry to hear that your Rise 360 account won't load. I can see that you're already working with Matthew, one of our support engineers. I hope this gets fixed soon.
