Downloading Media Content Library 360
I'm wondering if there is a way to make the items in the media content library 360 a downloadable asset when we install the software we purchased. In other words, can we find a way to make it available to your customers who are restricted when "venturing beyond" the cyber walls to insert a media asset from the content library?
I'm new to the application so there may already be a workaround.
Please advise - it's a huge part of why we went with the application in the first place.
Hi Margaret!
Thanks for the update! I've shared this question with Robert, who is handling your support case. To my knowledge, I don't see that being related to your access to the Content Library. I've asked Robert to follow up with you via email.

Hi,
I have another update and a request for information per my IT resource.
They have determined that the issue of not being able to see or insert images from the media content library is a Menlo (CBII) issue.
Our DCO team is requesting credentials to reach360.com,articulate.com, and thenounproject.com in order to perform their scans. Since they cannot test the site without having an account. They will also like to replicate the error on their end.
Could you provide possibly provide some credentials for the DCO team to scan and authorize an allow on those sites?
Thanks!
Peg
Hello Peg,
I don't believe we issue credentials for the sole purpose of testing connectivity. Additionally, 'thenounproject.com' is not part of Articulate 360 so access to this website will have to be tested separately.
I notified my colleague Robert of your request so he can review it and see if the information you're requesting for can be provided. Please be on the lookout for an email from him.

Hi, here is the latest update from y IT guys. Things are now worse because I can't log into Articulate 360 at all - so can't get to StoryLine or any of the desktop apps.
I can get to Rise360
Our DCO provided this response which blocks *.googleadservices.com for reasons explained below:

rom the endpoint list:
articulate-us.s3.amazonaws.com
articulate-us.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com
rise-prod-us-east-1.s3.amazonaws.com
articulate-us.s3-external-1.amazonaws.com

*.googleadservices.com
*.googletagmanager.com
*.launchdarkly.com
*.marketo.net
*.mktoresp.com
*.newrelic.com
*.nr-data.net
*.salesforceliveagent.comThey gave a thumbs up for an allow to do our troubleshooting. The only endpoint they denied is the *.googleadservices.com endpoint.
The following was said about *.googleadservices.com:
looking at this list there is one thing likely presenting an issue:
*.googleadservices.com
This domain is poisoned to loopback. Google Ad Services is used to deliver ads to google consumers and by itself is not inherently dangerous. Malicious threat actors have leveraged google advertisements to install malware of various types causing numerous incidents in DODIN-A. If you search malvertising google in the google search engine and using tools change to the past month there are numerous reports regarding this topic.
In addition google ads track a large amount of customer data, including host information. This presents another security risk that likely tied into a decision about this domain.
The decision was made to poison the domain to loopback due to the high risk of keeping this domain allowed on DODIN-A. Army Cyber (ARCYBER) has released multiple tasking orders to ensure this domain was blocked and DCOD Threat team supports this decision, and will not unblock this domain.

I'm not sure if they meant "position" when they wrote "poison" ??
Hi Peg,
Blocking Google Ad Services shouldn't have any impact on the functionality of Storyline 360, but just the same, I've added your latest response to the support case that you opened. Our support engineers will review the details and get back to you through the case!
