Drop down menu issue

I am relatively new to Storyline and trying to make a "choose your own adventure" form which includes a drop down menu.

I want to be able to see which item I chose on each of the three lines while having it auto fill on the next slide.

It works for the third drop down line but not for the other two. I think I have the same triggers set but can't seem to find the glitch.

Any help would be much appreciated.
