Embed ULR links
Hi Gail,
Happy to look into this for you!
Have you tested your course in a different browser to check if you get a different behavior with how the links are opened?
Additionally, would you mind sharing a link to your course so we can check how the embedded links are opening on our end for comparison? Feel free to share any of the following so we can test the behavior:
- A link to your course hosted in SCORM Cloud
- Your Rise 360 Microlearning course's share link
- A link to your course published in Review 360
Note that in most cases, how links open is controlled by the browser. We'll be able to check if the behavior you're experiencing is specific to the browser you are using or your browser settings once we receive links to your course for testing.

Hi Gail,
It appears you shared the edit link to your Rise 360 course and not the share link. Unfortunately, this link doesn't allow me to view your course so I can't check the behavior. The link to your files is also restricted and can't be accessed publicly.
Would you mind sharing the share link instead so we can test how the files will open? You can find the share link here:
Also, your contact information came through as well. This Peek video will show you how to edit it out if you’d like!
