Embedding a Survey in Storyline
In my course, I am using an outside site for a survey. I want users to click on an icon to access the survey before exiting the course. I have an embed code but I can't figure out where to put it. It is not a video or audio. The code doesn't present as a URL.

Looks like the feature that you need is the Web Object feature of Storyline 360. Here's an article which explains what this feature does, and how to add web objects using URLs:

Hi! I am also interested in adding a Surveymonkey survey within my course. Please let me know if there is any integration features I can use or the same steps above? I did embed a survey in a RISE course. Just never in Storyline. Thanks!

You can embed a SurveyMonkey survey (which is a static URL) into a Storyline file using Insert > Web Object.
However, that survey would not return data to the parent Storyline file if you were trying to capture learner feedback through an LMS.

So just to clarify: The results will appear in SurveyMonkey, but my LMS won't be able to track it?
