Thank you Jurgen
Hi Saroeun!
Sorry to hear you are encountering this error message when previewing or publishing your Storyline 360 course. I'd be happy to help!
If you'd be willing to share the project file here in the discussion or privately through a support case, I'd be happy to take a closer look and troubleshoot which image(s) could be causing the possible file corruption.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Namrata,
I'm sorry you hit this snag! I understand that you are having issues with publishing to LMS and Word. I’m happy to work with you to figure out why this is happening! I have a few follow-up questions regarding the situation so I can understand what you are experiencing a little better.
- Which version of Storyline are you using?
- Is this happening with more than one file or is this the only one? If it's one file,
would you be willing to share your file here or with our support engineers privately in a support case so we can troubleshoot?
- Are you working from a shared drive? If so, I recommend saving your files on your local drive before creating, editing, and publishing them. This will help minimize any unexpected behavior.
Thanks for reaching out and I look forward to your response!
