Error Experienced when Publishing

Hi All

Can you please advise on why I may be receiving the attached error message when attempting to publish as LMS.

I received the same error message when trying to preview the slide.

  • if the error message appears - please click on the blue text button "information", then a second window will open with more informations

just copy the text from the second window and post it here

or you could open a support case

@articulate: you should change the behaviour of your >10 year old error window - perhaps a for all user VISIBLE button "more infos" and a direct link to the support page

  • Hi Saroeun!

Sorry to hear you are encountering this error message when previewing or publishing your Storyline 360 course. I'd be happy to help!

If you'd be willing to share the project file here in the discussion or privately through a support case, I'd be happy to take a closer look and troubleshoot which image(s) could be causing the possible file corruption.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
