Error when publishing video
Here is the .story file if that helps.
Hi Kimberly- Just curious because I'm having the same issue. Were you able to get it resolved? And if so, what was the issue?

Hi, Liza
Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and couldn't explore the case with the support team and just downloaded the copy of the published output Joe provided. It would be rare for me not to publish to our LMS, so since this was a unique situation, I just moved on.
Sorry that I'm lame and no help! Best of luck!

Hi Liza!
It sounds like you were also having some trouble publishing a Storyline course to video. Sorry to hear that, but I'd be happy to work with you to figure out what could be causing that!
I had some follow-up questions first to help me understand what you are experiencing a little better.
- Are you working locally? We recommend you Create, Edit, and Publish Courses on Your Local Hard Drive while authoring in order to avoid erratic behavior.
- Does this issue occur across all files or just one in particular?
- If it is persistent across all files, have you tried performing a repair of your Storyline application to see if that improves behavior?
If still unsuccessful, I'd like to connect you with one of our talented support engineers so they can investigate what's going on. You can reach them here!
