Error when updating Storyline 360x64
Hi everyone,
I am receiving the following error code message every time I try to update the desktop app on my PC.
"Storyline 360x64 version 3.118.37034.0 failed to install. The error code was 2EFD."
If you have any ideas how to solve the problem, please help me.

Sorry to hear that you're encountering errors when updating Storyline.
First, please try a repair of your Storyline installation, instead of updating. If that doesn't resolve the issue, it's possible your network endpoints need to be configured. You may need help from your IT team for these steps. Please check if port 443 is open. If not, ask them to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your organization's 'allowlist'.

Hi Steven,
Thank you for your suggestions, I sent everyting to our IT team. They are still working on the problem.
In the meantime the only way we were able to update / install Storyline was to disconnect from our network and use Wi-Fi connection.

Storyline successfully updating when switching networks indicates that a network-level restriction was preventing the desktop app from communicating with the services required to download or install updates.
I recommend that your IT team verify all required Articulate endpoints are accessible and not being blocked, filtered, or inspected by security proxies/firewalls. If you run into any setbacks moving forward, please let us know through a support case.

Hello,
Same here, since the 3.113.36519.0, i'm unable to install the 3.114.36655.0 and above. The diagnostic tab says no errors. What are the differences between these two versions that have been blocking the installation of all updates since?
