Error when uploading to my LMS

Hi team

I am getting this error "The provided value is longer than the maximum allowed size (250 characters)" which is a limitation on the description size of interactions when uploading my training module to the LMS and this appears at the end of the module which is a quiz exactly after answering the 4th question out of 10. How can I fix it?

This is a module with a quiz and in SCORM 2004 4th Edition

Without knowing what LMS you are working with, this is more or less purely guesswork.

I've seen similar errors that occur at apparently random points in a course because there is a stray or extra character somewhere either on that slide or in (of all places) the course title, a linked object, embedded resource, etc. Apparently there are some limitations with SCORM (both 1.2 and 2004) with regards to how it can process or buffer course data.

So try this: Rename the file into something very short - for example, vasana_test00.

Publish it out to the LMS and see if the same behavior continues.

If it does, then review the slide names, course resources, embedded or linked objects, and so forth. Look for any unusually long names, long file names, random ampersands (&) or underscores (_), etc. If you find any characters, remove them; see if you can rename any long names to something much shorter.

    Good luck!
