Evaluating eLearning Department evaluation

Hello all, 

The leadership of my organization is thinking about evaluating our approach to eLearning, not building a course, just taking a look at our overall approach and suggestions to perhaps improve. Do y'all know of firms or individuals to carry out that type of work for an organization?
