Thank you for sharing the details of what you see in your Engage 360 project.
This is an issue that our team is aware of specific to a blank space displaying when scrolling down in a glossary interaction. The length of the blank space matches the number of entries included in your glossary.
I do want to let you know that we froze development for Studio 360 in late 2020, meaning we won't make any significant changes to Presenter 360, Quizmaker 360, or Engage 360 going forward.
We do not have any workarounds listed for Engage 360, but you can create a glossary directly in Storyline 360:
