Feedback comments disappeared
Hi,
I have been working through SME feedback using Rise's review system. I finished replying to them all yesterday and when I've logged in today they have disappeared? My only option in 'Review' is to publish the course again. Surely the comments haven't disappeared? Some required the SME to reply...

I've just published a new version and for some reason I can now see the comments by accessing the older version. I'm not sure why they were not visible before, but at least I can now access them.
Hi Lindsey!
I'm glad you can see the comments again!
If this happens to you again in the future, try clicking the Feedback tab. You can also try clicking the three dots and selecting Show Resolved Comments.

Thank you - they weren't resolved, I'd just added a comment to them, so I'm not sure why they had disappeared...!
Thanks for replying, Lindsey. If you run into an issue again, we can have a closer look at your content. Share the details privately with us here, and we'll be happy to help!

Hi, did you ever figure this issue out? We've been having the same problem with Review and Storyline (comments disappear) .
Hi Anne! Tell me more about the comments that are disappearing from Review 360. Have you tried clicking the Feedback tab? You can also try clicking the three dots and selecting Show Resolved Comments.

I've got the same problem. When I republish the Rise project on the existing item, all feedback comments were gone. If I go a version back, I see the comments. Is there a way to disable that?
Now I need to instruct my clients to go a version back to read the comments and toggle between versions. That will be sensitive to errors, I'm affraid.
The thing is that the review for Storyline is not like this, it only overwrites the project but the comments stay where they are. - JoKaptijn-d4ba7Community Member
Hi - maybe this helps Media
If you republish using 'publish new version of an existing item' - it will pick up the changes to the Rise module, but keep the existing feedback/comments etc :)- InnowijsCommunity Member
Hi Jo,
Well, I did publish the project on an existing item. Even so, when I look at the review publish, the comments are gone. Only one is left, I did'nt resolve the comments. If I go back a version via the toggle button in the upper left corner, I see the unresolved comments.
So.. I was hoping there was a workaround or something, or is this a nasty bug?

I’m sorry to hear you’ve run into this issue. We’d like to take a closer look at what’s happening and to do that, we’ll need the following additional information from you:
- What’s the version of the browser you’re using when this happens.
- Do you see the same issue in other courses that you are working on?
- Did you create a duplicate copy of the course?
Lastly, will you be able to share a Review link for your course? Please use this link to share your info privately. Thanks!

Seeing the same issue. Comments disappear when a new version is uploaded. :( If I select a previous version, the comments appear.
Hi Geordie, Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Can you please let me know which browser you're using?
If using a different browser doesn't resolve the issue, please open up a case with us so we can have a look!

Hello, Im facing the same issue. I published a new version of an excising item and the comments disappear. Im sure I didn't have this issue before, all the old comments were available in the new version, doesn't matter if the comments were solved or not.
Hi Sandra! Are you the original author (owner) of this course, or are you a collaborator?
If you're a collaborator, the updated course appears on the owner's Review 360 dashboard, whether the publisher is the course owner or a course manager. Comments on previous versions of the course won't appear with the updated version if the versions are published by different collaborators.
