I'm sorry to hear that you're running into this issue with your course. I'd like to confirm that you've entered text into the feedback field for an incorrect answer. If you're comfortable sharing your file with us, I'll be happy to test it out on my end! You can upload it here or privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
I am having the same issue and I definately have text in the feedback field. I have searched accross the internet for solutions and cannot find anything hat suggests what I have done wrong or why only the correct answer triggers the feedback layer.
Hi MarcBurgess Can you isolate the slide that has the issue, remove any sensitive/private data and share the Story file on here so I can take a look for you.
