Font changes when published
Hi. As shown in the attached, the font I have used in one layer of a slide shows up correctly in the design file, when previewing, and in Review360... but when published as a SCORM file and uploaded into our LMS, the text gets larger and does not fit on the screen. What is going on??
This issue exists in multiple language files, including English (which uses the Arial font), so it is not just this Chinese text that is causing the issue.

SimSun.
However, as noted, this is also happening in English where the font used is Arial.
Hi McKenzie!
Glad to see Jurgen has been helping you!
I noticed that you've opened a support case and shared your .story file privately. Great move! It looks like my colleague Chester is handling your case. You're in excellent hands troubleshooting with him and he should be following up with you shortly!
We can continue the conversation through your case to help keep all information in one spot.
Also, it looks like part of your e-mail signature came through when you replied via e-mail. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response.
