Form view - Quizz slide
Dear all,
We are having issues with a STORYLINE project.
This training course has been translated into different languages and is published in order to test the questions/answers.
The quizz (form view) in the "Set feedback and branching" > "Feedback" section (see attachment) shows the text "(custom slide layer)" in the "Correct", "Incorrect" and "Try again" section, instead of the following text: "That's right! You selected the correct response." and "You did not select the correct response." (same text for "Incorrect" and "Try again").
When you play the slide, answers can be selected (whether the answer is right or wrong), but it stops because (or so we think) no text appears in these sections except "(customer slide layer)".
This text (which cannot be edited) appears in the source version of the client, as well and is not editable.
Can you help us and explain where the text "(customer slide layer)" comes from and how to edit it so that the quiz works properly?
Thank you and best regards.
Hi Bertrand,
Thanks so much for reaching out! Sorry to hear you're running into this issue.
I tried to recreate this on my end and was unable to replicate the behavior you are experiencing.
Would it be possible for you to share a copy of your course so we can take a closer look? You can share in this thread or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hello Luciana,
We opened a support case for that issue some days ago and would like to know if you find how to solve the issue?
In the meantime, we found a workaround but we would like to understand why this happened.
Thank you very much for your help.Hi Bertrand!
Thanks for reaching out and following up on your support case!
It looks like Ronaziel just replied to your e-mail with some feedback after performing a few troubleshooting steps!
We'll continue this conversation over in your support case!
Hi Bertrand,
That was a great call!
I see your case has been assigned to my teammate, Ronaziel. You're in great hands! We'll continue the conversation there.
