Freeform drag and drop: cursor changes but text won't drag
I copied another drag and drop slide I made that works and turned it into this. Sorry, the spacing is weird because I copied into a different sized slide, but the problem is still there:
I was hoping for each statement to appear in the white box one at a time and the learner drags them to sort. In preview, the cursor changes to hand when it hovers over the statements, but I can't drag them.

I suspect there's something wrong with your text boxes because when you click on a text box in the timeline, it has a drop down as if it is a subset bullet point.
I'd redo the text boxes as new text and see if that fixes it.
I see what the issue is:
- select all of the text boxes and then go to the entrance animations and select as one object
